Public Housing Sold For Over A Million SGD

Five-room (1,200 sqft) units at the Pinnacle@Duxton was priced at $400,000 when the project was launch in 2004. Since January 2015, six units were transacted for over a million and the highest was $1.06 million. This transactions have set new records after the first batch of owners fulfilled the five-year minimum occupation period in December last year and were allowed to sell their flats. A similar unit in Holland Drive was sold for $950,000 and another in Strathmore Avenue was sold for $900,000.
